Please contact us if combined weight for two is over 400lbs. Combined weight for two MUST not exceed 425 pounds. If any one in your group weighs over 225 pounds, please contact us prior to reserving. Sunset flights: $700/couple Combined weight for two MUST not exceed 350 pounds. All passengers MUST be under the age of 70 with no medical conditions AND be able to climb into and out of the basket unassisted. SINGLE PASSENGERS: Please contact us directly for information regarding single passengers. We are happy to accommodate single passengers when we have availability. Single passenger reservations are contingent on other reservations. |

| Weight Restrictions | Due to the nature of ballooning, certain weight restrictions apply. If combined weight for a couple is over 350 pounds, you may reserve for a group sunrise flight, or a private sunset flight. Cancellation policy
We reserve the right to cancel any flight at any time due to weather conditions. We reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee if passenger cancellation is not received ONE WEEK in advance of your scheduled flight. A 100% cancellation fee is assessed if less than 72 hours is provided FOR ANY REASON. We will make every effort to rebook the spaces to avoid assessing a cancellation fee, but the more notice we have the more likely we are able to do so. Please help us help you, plus it’s just common courtesy.
